Tuy Loan ancient village – Da Nang is located in the southwest of Da Nang City. Tourists traveling Da Nang along Highway 14B about 15km will go to the ancient village. The river carries the same name of ‘Loan Village’, bending around the village. The scenery here is very poetic, rustic, charming and potentially interesting.

The village established over 500 years. It’s bearing the mark of history, traditions and cultural identity of Vietnamese people. The villagers of Tuy Loan built a communal house to worshiping ancestors. Tu Loan ancient village is a National historical-cultural vestiges for research, study and tourist attraction.

“Banyan tree, Commune house courtyard and water well”. It is a typical symbol of Vietnamese ancient village. Here, Tuy Loan village is conveniently located, where convergence between waterway and road. The scenery is beautiful as a watercolor painting, there are rivers, water wharves, shore, village, rice fields, bridges, markets…

8:00 AM: Our guide picks you up at your hotel in Da Nang to go to Tuy Loan village.

9:00 AM: Start visiting the village by bicycles. Tuy Loan is a village that was established over 500 years ago. It bears the mark of history, traditions, and cultural identity of the Vietnamese people.

10:00 AM: Walking in the Tuy Loan Organic Village. About 300 farmers live there and cultivate about 30 types of vegetables and herbs, including mint, lettuce, basil, cilantro, broccoli, and others. With more than 80 hectares of land to cultivate vegetables, farmers can sell 15 tons of Tuy Loan vegetables every year. The vegetable growers do not use pesticides or GMOs, instead they rely on a seaweed found in the local river that is harvested by boat every morning.

11:00 AM: The local farmers will teach you their cultivation methods, and how to protect developing vegetables from insects. You will also join the farmers in gardening activities such as raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, transplanting, and tending greens.

1:00 PM: Have lunch picnic or local lunch.

2:30 PM: Enjoy a cruise trip (SUP/boat/rafting) on the Tuy Loan River.

4:00 PM: Return to Da Nang/Hoi An.

5:00 PM: Arrive at your hotel. End of tour.
